Hey @cavemanlennox could you post that finance/budgeting resource one of your peers wrote? I remember you showed it to me once and it came across quite professionally. I'm looking to get firmer with my financial disciplines and I think it would help.

have a killer week everyone.

That doesn sound familiar @Eric2ptoh. Do you remember when or where I shared it before.

Clarify when I posted it and what it is, maybe that'll help me help you.

Yes my handle on the other forum was Ghost, but now it is what it is. We private messeged on wire after talking about nutrition from a thread I started about reaching the scientific ideal physique on a vegan diet...hypothetically the muscles with anti aging ideally.

we had a phone conversation and talked about our experiences that led us here. I think it must of been over the last year until eventually we must of gotten busy with life.

I admired the attention to detail, and you told me about ben settle, and some other resources but need help finding this one you showed me related to personal/business finance...a weak spot of mine that I'd like to improve.

Oh Eric. Great to hear from you brother. I'm trying to think what I shared with you. Was it last summer when I was into Profit First philosophy. When it came to money, that's all I spoke about then.

Maybe it was his breakdown of how to allocate your monthly funds?

Not sure I had a document though, maybe a photo of his diagrams?

Great thanks for the reminder it helped to come up with that title.

I still dig the work, but think it's best for people who have reached the $75K post-tax income status. If not, it's more important to aggressively reach that point first, then develop how you allocate monthly income.

As for me, always eventful.

Physical— Rough shape since I only have an hour of work in me each day. I spend that writing my blog. Working with new doctors and kicking ass with what I'm learning and how I'm applying it. Though it is my greatest point of frustration.

Finance— I'm mostly focused on health so I don't work as much as I'd like. Investing in crypto. Building a blog and am buying a domain this week for it: https://cavemanlenox.wordpress.com/. Want to build an IG account specifically for affiliate marketing to see if I can churn some income that way.

Other than that I am keeping a low profile to learn and earn, and this and SMIC are great places to do that still. And of course get in the best shape of my life. Nice and simple.

Great to hear from you again.
