Hi everyone.
Last year, while I was at the peak of my depression, my mother asked me if I would be interested to learn oil painting. I said yes but in fact, I wasn't interested at all about learning oil painting or any other hobbies you can imagine.
My mother gave me instructions on the paint, the brushes, tips about how to start a new painting ... I think it was in the third session when I realized that I was enjoying it and that I have some talent.
Today, I try to paint regularly and I am impressed by my results. Another thing is that while I am painting, I don't think about anything else. It's relaxing, it lowers my anxiety ...
And this summer, I bought a paddle board. I try to go on lakes and rivers regularly. I'm outside, doing physical exercices and I meet and talk to new people at the same time.
And you, have you learned a new hobby recently or do you have one or several hobbies you practice regularly? Do they help you in your life? How?
