Health! Back to gaining weight and having a proper appetite. Added collagen supplement to my regimen to improve protein intake. Drank about 6 liters of water in 2 hours. Trained on 15 firearms. Had 3 full days where I ONLY talked with Gs throughout the day. Learned the 3 Master Spells and put them to immediate, effective use. Raced against BMW 3 and VW Jetta and won.

Network! Hosted a luxe event in NY. Connected with 10 Gs who trust in me and my vision for our next business projects. Received special treatment at Steakhouse that allowed me and my team to stay well beyond close. Rented a highrise NY apartment to give myself a taste of what life will be for me. Uploaded 3 IG pics. 42 new IG followers.

Resources! Made a quick profit with last-minute upsell for the War Room Chest. Trading Crypto again. Onboarding an already working model for my agency. REAL ID first step is complete and being sent in the mail. Birth certificate is the next step.

BizDev online meeting with a potential channel - discussed long term potential but focused on short term actions and opportunities. Resolution - monthly call to try ti identify new opportunities for both of us.
Turned down teaming suggestion for a bid - don;t meet qualification.

Networking and Friends assistance
  • Helping Friends
    1. Job-seeking friend - continue to assist in contacting people inside companies for positions.
    2. Friends with "romantic" issues - consulting them on an ongoing basis.
    3. Networking
      1. Continuing my new policy on LinkedIN - everyone who connects with me gets a "How can I help you" message. Several interactions but no tangible help requested yet.
      2. New job seeking acquaintance - introduced her to 2 country managers (Sales) to see if something happens (it did not, both were not hiring).
Learning
Did a KPI analysis as part of my ongoing consulting. This was new and unexciting.
Reading on quality control and planning as part of ongoing project.

Books
Read Macbeth (the Shakespearean tragedy) - a lot of life lessons in that one, once you remove 70% of the talks.

August has been both my best month for mental progression, yet the worst for physical and financial gains, for health reasons

I spent the week in the hospital. Still do not know the reasons why, but my hemoglobin dropped by 50%. I was in sever pain for 6 days. Docs responded to it with two blood transfusions. All the while my I had to fight to endure, and it cost me all the weight I earned this year, and then some.

Today I Am Alive!

That's what I remind myself. The past is so kind: it's over. I am here now on the next stage of my journey Here's what I accomplished because of my continued walk:

β€” 23 New Hot Girl Followers
β€” 3 dates (all under 22) that I think I can physically manage
β€” Greater gratitude for the good health that I had this year
β€” Validation that the steps the men here have helped me take is actually working
β€” New drive to attend Networking events this week for business and good energy with strong men
β€” Upgrading my villain with the lessons I learned this week
β€” Taught my Brother's some spells for their new girls
β€” Helped some Brothers get a discount for a powerful course
β€”

My plan of attack is to fill my life with regular activities, eat EVEN more than I was before, hit WAY beyond what I tasted before this fall.

I'll pace accordingly. If you see gaps in my thinking please correct me.

This is My Grand Life As Of This Moment

β€” This week I gained 4 pounds. I thought I lost a lot of weight. Really only 10 pounds. Meaning I have 30 pounds to gain to reach my goal. Official weekly weigh-in is later today, I may have gained more.

β€” I have in hand my REAL ID, while my birth certificate is being processed before delivery. Once compiled, I can begin residency and citizenship in a second nation.

β€” Networking with to separate my time from how I take money. Cryptos been a blessing for this. Now to take it to the next level so I see 4 figures or more per week.

β€” For the first time I think I properly absorbed attention energy and projected it, and also used it to fuel my work in spite of being in recuperation mode. Powerful experience i'm reflecting on to do it again, on purpose and consistently.

β€” I pimped the hell out the small population where I live. Time to move to a BIGGER OCEAN. Meanwhile, I have a spotlight on me since a local college broadcast libelous messages about how I'm a danger to the safety of the campus. As a result, I have new college girl followers, and more WAP potential. Ass isn't the goal though. CASH only. Using this to build my profile, hone my voice, and make money with all the attention to me and my site.

β€” I have 67 more IG girl followers this week.

β€” More people are reaching out in DMs daily. Girls to say hi and get my attention. Including FDBd gals. Also White Knights who want to champion girls who don't touch their pee-pee. More attention. More energy practice and usage.

β€” Fixed my car. Purring like it should. Handled.

β€” Updated my villain with aspects that were lacking before that I didn't see until after my first run-through. He's formidable, but I'm indomitable.

β€” I began tweeting again. Driving traffic to my site, my affiliates, and more. Made my first set of sales!

β€” Scheduled a new article for my site. The topic is privacy and security since that's been the buzz in my ear.

Everything I experience, and everyone I encounter, is put to work to make me harder, stronger, better, faster, and more powerful. Less goes to waste with each week as I hone my ability to execute my fate in real time.

EVERYTHING IS AN AUDITION FOR A HIGHER LEVEL

Meaning nothing is worth fretting. Only fret how much fun you're gonna have handling your business.

Smile through the crucible.

Ain't Life Grand!

Damn it has been awhile since I checked in here. Whoops.

Health = So about a month ago I suffered a pretty nasty bowling related injury, hyperextensions in my elbow ligament and my wrist. I needed to do something about this. It wasn't affecting my functionality so instead of checking into a medical facility I just got a deep tissue massage. Paid off really well as I nearly bowled a perfect game yesterday. Still kinda hurt but I know how to handle it now. This injury is going to make me a much better bowler; it caused me to slow everything down in my game and I desperately needed that.

Money/work = So I decided to do an experiment with deliveries. I wanted to see what happened if I didn't turn my driver app off until the sun went down. The result? I made nearly $120 per day. I could get used to something like that. This month, I'm going to spend the first two weeks doing nothing but deliveries then during the last half of the month I'll do just a few deliveries and focus on writing.

Of course none of this will be a thing if I have freelance assignments I need to work on.

Got a new book in the works too. It'll be an improvement on a book I wrote that I called "The Collectivist Inquisition" which is pretty much about how very few of us think in terms of internal solutions and instead we waste much more time with external solutions or complaining about how our culture is changing instead of making the most of it. And similar to the Spanish Inquisition 500 years ago, society will "force" us (as much as humanly possible).

This book will replace it, and I'm calling it "The Activist Inquisition." Gonna start writing it tomorrow. Gonna release it the day before election day this year.

Was able to schedule one of those - for next week.
Books
Read "The Pupil" (2 novels and a story by Henry James) )and "How to seduce a man and keep him seduced".

Health = Got tested for COVID19 antibodies the other day. Along with it came a blood pressure check. Blood pressure is 110/70, pretty much as close to perfect as it can get. I have a hunch that I'll test positive for the antibodies, I had a small fever in the beginning of January (that's when I won $1200 during a bowling tournament), then I got a nasty cold in March, right before everyone started freaking out. Who gets sick in March? I sure don't. So I think I caught COVID19 and then recovered from it. We're gonna see.

Both 5k times this week were about the same, a little under 33 minutes. Weight is now down to 194. People are noticing. The chick at the taco joint I eat at was like "did you lose weight?" and I was like "yeah actually."

This is WITH me indulging a little more than I probably should on cheat meals. Had no idea running two 5ks a week was going to do this. I'm just worried about how the fall is gonna be when I start lifting heavy again. haha.

Right arm is still bothering me. Wrist wasn't feeling too good either. If the pain continues I'll get x-rays at the same clinic I got the antibody test at. The tech who drew my blood for the antibody test was also an x-ray tech so its good to know my local clinic can handle everything right. Its pretty cheap too: Only 200 bucks self-pay per visit.

However! My injury or whatever might be working out in my favor. Its slowing me down when bowling which is what I desperately needed to do. The result? Last week at league I nearly shot a perfect game. Left a split then 11 strikes in a row. This could be a blessing. But I'm still not good to do the stuff I used to do on the lanes before this injury. No massive tournaments until I'm 100%. I'd say I'm at about 70% with the recovery.

Money/business/vocation: Another fantastic week for Uber Eats, made $700. Getting paid a little under $250 for a freelance writing assignment too. Will get paid another $400 for another stack of assignments I've been working on. Nice. Uber Eats is crazy, never seen so much volume, so much surge pricing, and the tips are downright crazy. We're talking tips as high as $20 on a delivery. Damn.

That's all I've been doing this week.

I'm spinning plates as I get back into my routines. Proud of the progress and validation I get along the way, but still much more I can and will do.
Here's where I am now as preparing to deliver value at my next event.

HEALTH! Added more sulfites to my diet to boost my hemoglobin. Will see if there is a change with bloodwork in October. Back to my regular routine since recuperating the past few weeks.

NETWORK! Seized a role at an event with major players this weekend. Enchanted a girl who now talks of me as the way I see my ideal self. 35 new girl followers. Still weeding out weak prospects.

FINANCE! All in with crypto. Making more % gains than I did with my "high" interest savings account. Fully promoting my email list. Writing daily emails and tweets to promote my affiliate offers.

Health: Big news, and it may not be good. We're gonna find out over the next week.

So over the weekend I got a very mild fever. Woke up with a headache, felt a little weak, but felt better after drinking half a gallon of water (which is what I usually do anyways). This was on Saturday. Same thing Sunday. Then in the middle of the day Sunday while taking my end of the day bath, I noticed that the smell of the soap and shampoo wasn't as strong as it was. It was the same with the icy hot that I've been putting on my wrist.

BOTH of these are possible symptoms of COVID19. Now I got an antibody test for it because I have a hunch that I caught it and recovered from it in January (where I had an INTENSE fever/flu for a weekend)

I haven't gotten the results for the antibody test yet. It's been 9 days. Before I get tested for COVID19 tomorrow I will harass the clinic I got the antibody test at to see if the results are available. I'll keep harassing them every couple days until I get the results.

I will definitely check in tomorrow or Saturday about the COVID19 test. If it is positive I will make another thread here wherever necessary documenting what I am going through, what symptoms I am getting, etc this way everyone here can be informed.

While I believe COVID19 is just another form of the flu (I affectionately call it "Nu-Flu" since it sucks and has been too relevant for too long like Nu-Metal was in the early 00s lol), the more informed people are the better. Caleb is RIGHT in that it is an opportunity. ESPECIALLY if you catch it and recover from it, which I am practically banking on. Cuz if I DO have it, I'll be able to genuinely make content about it on here, my blogs, my YouTube channel, etc. I'll become a "COVID recovery authority" and it will be my responsibility to be a leader during these times.

We're gonna see what happens tomorrow. It's a moment of truth for sure. Can't wait! Like a Saiyan in Dragon Ball, I get excited when faced with a challenge. And being able to say I recovered from COVID19 is one hell of a reward. I'll get to tell the world about it, I'll feel obligated to, and it will give me a fantastic sense of contribution. But it isn't a bad deal if I test negative either for obvious reasons hehe.

I will test for COVID19 AGAIN at the end of the month before I see my family. This way I'll be certain if I can/can't see them.

ANOTHER thing that is COVID19 related is being able to hold your breath. Something I'll start doing is posting personal bests for how long I can hold my breath. My current personal best is about 45 seconds. Want to try and get this to about a minute or so whether I have COVID or not.

In other news, my wrist and arm feel MUCH better than weeks before. Still a little pain in my forearm but the wrist is nearly 100%. I'm expecting to make a full recovery by October for sure. No surgery or anything necessary, just good ol' stretching and rehabilitation exercises. I feel like a faggot doing 15lb precision curls and 100lb rows for paused negative reps, but hell! That's what you need to do when rehabbing an injury. And apparently it has been working.

Money/business/vocation: See my "road to 30k" thread.

Learning: I have compiled a list of books that I want to read/listen to before the year ends. I don't NEED to read/listen to these but it would be a good idea. Here they are.

-Way of the Superior Man by David Deida
-Expert Secrets by Russell Brunson
-Meet Your Happy Chemicals (forget the author, but nearly everyone who presented at Grant Cardone's 10x conference I went to last year was talking about it). The title of this book changed I think.
-Everyday Millionaires by Chris Hogan
-Nomad Capitalist by Andrew Henderson
-The Power of Less by Leo Barbutez
-Millionaire Fastlane by MJ DeMarco
-Can't Hurt me by David Goggins
-Man's Search for Meaning by Victor Frankl

Also, while I am quarantined for the last couple weeks of this month (so I can be certain to be COVID19 free before seeing my family) I might take a whole bunch of courses on Skillshare regarding my content and freelance writng businesses. Good christ I feel like I'm in college again writing all this. Only now I'm going to make money instead of waste it haha.

That's about it. The other stuff in my life isn't as important now. What I want to do is earn, learn, earn some more, then learn some more.

Chicks are fine. Got an FB and that's all I need at the moment. I see her a couple times a month. Haven't been able to recently because of all the work I'm doing and she lives practically an hour away from me but that's just how it be.

Networking will come in time. I really need to get on LinkedIn and start pushing my writing services more by making my profile look a little better.

Well there it is everybody. I will definitely check in once I get the results for my COVID19 test and antibodies test.

I am SO glad my character has been tested this year!

Health Update: I tested positive for COVID19. Here is my plan.

So for the rest of the month I need to stay inside. Big deal. There was a whole bunch of stuff I wanted to do from the home anyways. Maybe I'll get out of the house and go for walks or something but no gym or bowling or anything until I get better.

Here is my symptoms timeline:
Last weekend = Really mild fever. Woke up with a headache and felt somewhat dizzy but that went away after a couple hours.
Since Monday = Loss of smell. Everything else is normal. No fever, no breathing issues, nothing. Some muscle aches but that's about it.

I think I'll be better once my sense of smell comes back.

Here's the hunch I have. I think my sense of smell going away is a "final stage" of this, for me at least. I'm sure I'll be 100% after my sense of smell comes back.

I will make a separate thread about this as well where I document how I feel and what I am doing and stuff like that. I might sleep a lot more this way I can recover and I might not work so much but we'll see. But for now nothing is really out of the ordinary. Just a matter of time before I recover and can tell the world about it and what to expect.

Can't wait to kick this virus' ass and tell others how they can kick its ass!
